If you have any questions about our products or concerns, please email customerservice@watchesgalore.com.au and we will gladly assist you. Please be patient with us, as due to the unprecedented volume of emails it may take a little longer to get back to you.

 

Will there be any delays with my order?

Due to the increased demand experienced by Australia Post, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you will experience delays in receiving your orders. If purchasing for a gift, we suggest ordering asap, to avoid any further delays.

Once your order is shipped, please contact Australia Post with your tracking information if you experience significant delays. Please refer to https://auspost.com.au/service-updates/current-updates for more information.

Please note, modifications to your online order cannot be made once placed. If you would like to adjust your order, please contact customerservice@watchesgalore.com.au  to arrange a cancellation.


How long do I have to return an item?

We understand that buying watches online is convenient, but sometimes items just don’t suit you! For change of mind purchases, you have 14 days to obtain an exchange or refund. Products must be unworn and in a new and resalable condition, with all warranties, links and watch boxes included.

 

How do I pay for my online purchase?

We accept all major Credit Cards, PayPal and have a range of buy now, pay later options, including, Afterpay, Humm and ZIP.

 

How secure is my online payment?

Credit card information that is sent to us is encoded with the latest SSL encryption technology which cannot be accessed or used by anyone else; ensuring that any information you send to us is completely safe.

 

Is your website secure?

This site takes precautions to help maintain the privacy and security of your information. For example, you are required to enter a valid email address and Password before any personal information can be displayed. This site encrypts the information transmitted between our server and your browser. Also, if there is no activity on a page for an extended period of time, the site automatically logs you off. When that happens, you need to log on again using your Email address and Password.

To help us provide the best possible service, we may collect and maintain certain information regarding, for example, the products you purchase, and your billing and delivery information. However, we protect and enforce the confidentiality of this information very strictly, and under no circumstances will we sell or rent it to other businesses or third parties. We respect your privacy and do all we can to honour the trust you place in Watches Galore.

 

How can I find a particular watch model?

Our website has been designed so that you search easily and efficiently to find the watch that you are looking for. However, if you cannot find your desired item on the website, this doesn't necessarily mean that we don't stock it. You can email us via customerservice@watchesgalore.com.au  and we will be happy to answer any of your queries.

 

Are receipts sent with purchases?

With every product that is dispatched from WatchesGalore.com.au, a receipt note will be issued. This is your proof of purchase. This will contain information such as the company name and address, the product(s) purchased, along with their price and the total amount. Please refer to your receipt in event of a return.
