Refund Policy

Your Consumer Law Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are also entitled to choose a refund for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods. 

In addition to the rights conferred by the Australian Consumer Law, Watches Galore also offers refunds set out in this Refund Policy.

Watches Galore will Refund at any time where goods are:

  • Deemed to be faulty (ie- have a manufacturing fault or defect).
  • In conflict with any other rights provided for by the Australian Competition and Consumer Act and the Australian Consumer Law.
  • Product must be returned unworn and in a new and resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase to be provided & returned in its original packaging
  • Exchange may be by way of a product exchange
  • Watches must have the original watch box, warranty and links that have been removed by a Watches Galore team member.


Refunds will be returned in same method of payment, this includes gift vouchers.

Extended Returns: Eligible purchases made between Dec 2, 2024 and Dec 26,2024 can now be returned by Jan 24, 2024.


We understand that buying watches online is convenient, but sometimes items just don’t fit or suit you! For change of mind purchases, you have 30 days from the time you receive your order, to obtain a refund. The important thing to remember is that we want the watch you purchase from Watches Galore to be perfect for you. 

Refund - 30 day money back guarantee:

  • Subject to inspection must be in re-sellable unworn condition
  • Proof of purchase
  • Returned in original box
  • Refund must be returned in same method of payment

The benefits under this Returns policy are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by the Australian Competition and Consumer Act and the Australian Consumer Law to which you may already be entitled. This policy does not exclude, restrict or modify any such rights or remedies that are implied by law. 

Warranty Guide and Instruction Booklets

Watch manufacturer warranties are sent with your order. Warranty lengths will vary from brand to brand.
To help our environment and reduce waste, instructions booklets are not provided by watch retailers anymore. These are now available on the brands website..

Return to Online Store

Please send an email to customerservice@watchesgalore.com.au and request a return label. We will email you an Australia Post return label. Instructions will be provided with the label. Please ensure that you include your original invoice/receipt and a short note stating the details of the item you would like to exchange. Please include product numbers.  Please note that postage charges are non refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: Your refund/exchange will not be actioned until we receive your item back at. Once we have received your item we will process the refund within 3 business days. Please allow 10 working days for your exchange to be processed.

 

 

What if my product is faulty?

We take great pride in our goods and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur, please contact customer service within 2 days of receiving the item. Email customerservice@watchesgalore.com.au to let us know. We will email you an Australia Post return label. Instructions will be provided with the label.
