I bought this watch about 3 weeks ago. For the first couple of times i wore this watch it was good. But on the 3rd week of having this watch the battery died. I replaced it myself and went to pull out the crown to adjust the hands to the correct time but noticed they were broken too. I contacted watchs galore to see if they could help me but i was told i voided the warranty replacing the batterry that should of at least lasted a year. So thanks to their mishandling of the watch i voided my warranty. But they did offer for me to send it to them in a prepaid package so they can look at it and give me a quote in 4-6 weeks. And we know how overpriced that would be. I am not sending my watch off to pay for something that happened on their end. I couldn't even get an apology for their mistakes. Its a good watch but i strongly recommend going through somewhere else to get this watch.

Express Post

Note that parcels sent via Express Post may take five business days or more to be delivered, because of restrictions including limited flights and social distancing requirements.

Australia Post will deliver to your nominated address between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Customer orders will be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse once payment has been approved from our finance company within 1 to 4 business days.

Track Your Order
